Blasting

Blasting is an essential stage in steel preparation, ensuring that each component is clean, consistent, and ready for coating or further processing. Using high pressure compressed air to propel abrasive media onto the steel surface, the blasting process removes rust, scale, mill deposits, old coatings, and other contaminants that may affect performance or adhesion.

This controlled surface preparation creates the correct anchor profile for primers, protective coatings, and fireproofing systems.
